Goals
WISE’s Organizational Goals Are To:
1. Increase immigrant women’s capacity to participate in decision-making and leadership opportunities.
2. Bring public awareness of the issues and challenges affecting immigrant women and girls and their impact on families, schools, the work place and communities.
3. Promote diversity, social and systems change by engaging individuals, cultural communities and women’s organizations to work together to increase the visibility of women leaders and their contributions to society.
4. Partner and collaborate with individuals, communities, nonprofit organizations, foundations and businesses to leverage resources and trainings for immigrant women and girls to become self sufficient.
