Women's Mentoring, Coaching and Leadership Program Women's Mentoring, Coaching and Leadership (WMCL) provides technical assistance, community organizing and leadership training to immigrant/refugee women leaders to help them create innovative community projects or start an entrepreneurial business. In collaboration with the Madii Institute, WISE is expanding this program in 2003-2004. Women on Philanthropy Boards The Women on Philanthropy Board is a leadership program that aims to increase the representation of women of color, immigrant and refugee women on nonprofit boards and in other positions of community leadership in Minnesota.  Training includes the roles and responsibilities of board members, understanding financial decisions, women's roles in the non-profit sector, and the impact of women on policy decisions. Women as Decision Makers The Women As Decision Makers objective is to promote the effective practices of immigrant and refugee women leaders through networking, professional development training and collaboration.
