About the event
Give Generations is WISE’ first annual wine-tasting and silent art auction fundraising event, in support and recognition of immigrant and refugee women and girls education and leadership. The event will be held on International Day of Peace/World Peace Day, on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Landmark Center in Saint Paul.
The Art Competition is a preface to the fundraiser in which the winner of the competition will receive $650, and prints of the winning art piece will be produced and sold at the event for the strict purpose of tax-deductible fundraising. The winning piece will be used on all Give Generations promotional materials and act as the “face” of the event. Additionally, the winning artist will be given space to promote their art at the event.
Deadline: June 30th
