Green Dot Active Bystander Intervention Training (Hmong)

Come learn about different ways you can safely intervene to prevent violence in your community. This training will provide different ways of intervening that you can realistically see yourself doing – to set the norm in our community that we do not tolerate violence. This free training will be facilitated in Hmong and is open to those in the Hmong community who are age 16+.

The training will cover:

  1. Three forms of violence: intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and cyberbullying/stalking.
  2. How to identify signs of violence in your community.
  3. Culturally-responsive ways to safely intervene to stop or prevent violence using the 3Ds: direct, delegate, and distract.
