Strategic Development

WISE is committed to ensuring that our organization has the most recent and relevant tools, resources, and skills to meet the demands of our community; and that the services we provide can support our ever-changing immigrant and refugee populations.

2022-2027 Strategic Plan

In continuation of the 2019-2021 Strategic Plan, the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan introduces a revised mission and vision as a foundational step towards reaching WISE' 7 strategic organizing goals. A total of 14 strategic foci and their milestones are outlined in support of these goals.

2019-2021 Strategic Plan

WISE staff, board members, partners, and stakeholders will work towards the goals outlined in this strategic plan in order to position WISE as a national leader in immigrant and refugee girl’s education and leadership. To accomplish its goals, WISE will build new partnerships with immigrant and refugee service organizations in the Twin Cities, expand its programs to reach more immigrant and refugee female-identified youth beyond the St. Paul area, develop a sustainable donor management system, and host fundraisers and conferences to inform the public about issues affecting immigrant and refugee communities.
